Sweboda System company was established in 2011 to create a program,which idea has more than thirty years developing by Oleg Nikitin, who is a specialist in industrial automatizaon since Soviet times.
The idea consists of four main positions:
- unique technical and mathematical approach to information processing
- use of the modern IT technologies
- universal development of all business processes
- the most convenient universal interface for users of the program
The project team consists of two programmers, three experts in the organization processes and receptionist. The software product created by them will be the computer program for small and medium business which automates the maximum majority of all productions in all areas of work of the organization or group of companies.
All practical aspects necessary for the successful operation of the enterprise already immediately be taken into account in the software product, as it is developed on the basis of the complex structure and activity of the enterprise.
In addition, the cost of the final product will be fundamentally different from the existing Russian and foreign analogues. This product should change monopoly situation in the current IT market. Developers of analog programs literally making their customers "get hooked" on a regular uncontested parting with finances, without providing an adequate level of service in return.
It was initially planned to prepare the First product during 1 year because the big material resources were already acquired. However, there were two serious problems in implementation process:
- programmers completely changed a software solution after 8 months of operations
- process managers began to raise the level of organization every production process in a normal working environment, and added several new very important areas (eg Design work)
At this point release the first products launched since mid - 2015.
